Key Digital Marketing & Tool Expert

This role is for a skilled expert in digital marketing and tool support.

Fully remote and flexible, you will work behind the scenes to help our team members troubleshoot, problem-solve, and power through various technical issues across multiple marketing tools.

You will use your expertise to guide our team members, improve outcomes, and keep our systems running smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide real-time technical support to our team members via internal chat
  2. Troubleshoot issues in popular marketing tools like Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, and more
  3. Assist in escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical periods
  4. Create how-to resources and documentation to plug recurring knowledge gaps
  5. Collaborate with other teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
Your Requirements
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills
  • Able to explain complex tools in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
