Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Transnational Diversified Group, Inc.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles general bookkeeping and consolidation functions, including preparing timely financial reports.
  • Reviews and posts all transactions under GPS (manual payment, official receipt and journal entries).
  • Prepares monthly reporting package, cash position reports, and analysis of financial statements.
  • Collaborates with department heads to prepare the annual / monthly operating budget.
  • Ensures benefits and insurances are secured in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • At least 2 years experience in Accounting.
  • Computer literate (knows Basic Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
