Cash Management Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare Investable Fund Reports, Collection Reports, Daily Cash Position Reports, Contribution and Withdrawal Reports.
  2. Record cash management-related entries in PAM/SUN/SAP.
  3. Update daily available and withdrawable balances of various collection accounts of operating funds and execute fund transfers from collection bank accounts to investment accounts based on agreed maintaining balances.
  4. Coordinate and confirm with banks maturities of money market placements as of given dates.
  5. Process all fund transfers to/from various banks based on instruction from the requesting unit or as needed for funding, notional, and others, and submit to manager for review.
  6. Perform timely and accurate settlement of FX trades.
  7. Monitor investment cash balances daily.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • Preferably a CPA.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Treasury Operations.
Technical and Soft Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)/Internet applications.
  • Good English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues/concerns on a timely basis.
  • Personal attributes such as initiative, attention to detail, and sound work ethics.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Quick learner.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
