Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee end-to-end tender processes, manage complex bids and tenders, and drive business growth through successful submissions.

  • Coordinate technical experts to develop high-quality proposals that meet requirements and deadlines.
  • Manage and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead internal bid reviews and feedback processes to ensure submissions meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve proposal quality and submission timelines.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to develop compliant and compelling proposals.
  • Ensure proposals meet evaluation criteria while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to review and interpret technical content.
