Leasing Manager Role

This is a challenging role where you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking skills. As Leasing Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to fill vacancies in the mall and create a unique tenant mix that appeals to consumers.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Leasing Manager to conceptualize, develop, and execute plans to increase tenant occupancy and improve the overall performance of the mall. This will involve reviewing and analyzing data, proposing new ideas, and advising management on product/service mix concepts and compliance with contractual obligations.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions to ensure improvement of tenant performance and tenancy operations. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communication, Retail, Real Estate, Fashion, or any related field is required for this role. You should also have experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in a retail or real estate environment.
