Job Summary

Manage quantitative market research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. The successful candidate will be required to work extended hours and demonstrate expertise in all aspects of project management.

  • Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and test survey links, prepare and send samples, conduct quality checks, and manage respondent inquiries.
  • Oversee the entire project life cycle, including client management, partner engagement, sample acquisition, and data collection.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection, providing regular updates and progress reports on project status.
  • Ensure study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs.
  • Work independently to support international teams and contribute to process improvements.

  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality data collection and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
