About the Role

SosaJB Property Management Corp. is a Filipino-owned company that has been in operation since 2010. We are seeking a qualified Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the property management office, including administration, financial services, engineering and maintenance, and third-party contract management.
  • Prepare, control, and monitor the effective execution of approved plans and programs, including budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to operating expenditure and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Prepare the annual building calendar and adhere to it, sending proofs of compliance to the schedules/deadlines to the assigned coordinator.
  • Meet operational requirements and key performance indicators specified in the company's monthly performance assessment.
  • Monitor the turnaround time of major and minor concerns of the property using the daily concern monitoring report.
  • Ensure the timely renewal of the property's insurance policy and timely payment of real property tax.
  • Attend all board meetings and membership meetings of the property.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
  • Experience in tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance management.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and laws governing property management.
