Job Summary

We're looking for imaginative and tech-savvy designers who embrace both traditional and modern tools, including AI-enhanced workflows to produce exceptional designs. If you have an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for using design to solve actual business problems, you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a wide range of high-quality deliverables, including branding materials, print materials, digital assets, ads, presentations, and infographics.
  • Use and integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Freepik AI, or similar, to speed up ideation and improve creative output.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers, squad leads, and quality analysts to deliver consistent, on-brand designs.
  • Interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism, handling vague input and turning it into strategic creative output.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in web and graphic design, ideally in a remote agency or client-facing setup.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases versatility, originality, and attention to detail across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and bonus points for AI design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • Advanced English communication skills (writing and reading), B2 level or higher.
  • A reliable computer setup, minimum Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, high-speed, stable internet (50 Mbps+).
