Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Accounting Professional to oversee the management of financial transactions, ensure accuracy in accounting records, and provide valuable financial insights to support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions for real estate properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Utilize advanced software applications to manage property accounting, tenant ledgers, rent payments, owner statements, and property reports.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Process monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Accounting with a strong track record of success.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with specialized accounting software (required).
  • Strong QuickBooks Online skills with a proven ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
  • Deep understanding of real estate financial workflows, including rent collection, owner payouts, and property expense tracking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
