Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in performance-driven advertising.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing high-converting ad creatives for eCommerce clients.
- Ad Creative Design: Design static and animated ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, and YouTube thumbnails.
- Landing Page Assets: Design graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations to support funnels and landing pages.
- Brand Consistency & Adaptation: Elevate brand identity through fresh and creative concepts while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Interpret ad performance data to tweak creatives for better engagement and CTR.
- Design Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on ad design trends and top-performing formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing ad creatives that drive results.
- Develop graphics and illustrations that support high-converting funnels and landing pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Portfolio showcasing performance-driven advertising designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
