About the JobWe are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to manage our inventory and ensure seamless operations. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with SAP background.
Responsibilities- Receive and verify accuracy of all incoming deliveries of spare parts, supplies, and materials.
- Coordinate the delivery process to various departments, ensuring timely receipt and processing.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including spare parts, office supplies, consumables, and other items.
- Issue and record inventory from the storeroom, maintaining proper documentation and filing.
- Prepare and transmit daily reports to relevant departments, adhering to established deadlines.
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Encode transactions in the SAP system, accurately documenting all activities.
- Assist in the annual physical inventory count, working closely with colleagues to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree from any reputable institution.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Storeroom Clerk or equivalent role.
- SAP background is an advantage but not mandatory.
This position requires on-site presence at the CBY Head Office, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Benefits- Upon regularization: prorated 15-SL & 15-VL benefits (convertible to cash).
- After 1 year as a regular employee: quarterly rice ration (50 kilos), monthly oil ration (1 gallon), P 25,000 hospitalization benefit, dental check-up, P 14,000 funeral benefit (in case of employee death), P 6,000 funeral benefit (in case of immediate family member death), paid training and seminars, yearly performance appraisal.
Ranges between $500-$700 per month, depending on qualifications and experience, based on industry standards and considering the location of the job.
