Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly HR reports for management.
  • Oversee all aspects of administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain statutory compliance regarding payroll.
  • Perform additional tasks, such as preparing work certificates.
  • Administer leave records, medical claims, and insurance benefits.
  • Handle monthly payroll administration.
  • Collaborate with building management on facilities-related matters.
  • Coordinate meetings and events.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in spoken Japanese and English (written and verbal). Mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR or administrative roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Knowledge of visa processing and compliance for Japanese workers is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR Administrator or Administrative role, preferably within the Professional Services industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to organize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
  • Familiarity with Staff Visa Application, English Language, and Japanese Language.
  • Able to network effectively and build relationships.
  • Comfortable working with numerical data and able to analyze information.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
  • Willingsness to travel up to 30% of the time.
