An Executive Support role that involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced project-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in similar high-level administrative roles, industry experience in construction management preferred and advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management and meeting scheduling.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit and format high-quality documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Information Management: Maintain organized and easily accessible filing systems for contracts and corporate records.
- Communication Handling: Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion, acting as a liaison between executives and clients.
- Project Coordination: Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives.
