Job Summary

At An Li Jia Technology Phl. Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Injection Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic injection molding and have experience operating Fanuc machines. The Plastic Injection Specialist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, be able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Set up, operate, and monitor plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machines to ensure optimal performance.
* Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to identify process improvements and implement new technologies.
* Maintain detailed production records and documentation.

Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience as a Plastic Injection Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
* Can operate Fanuc Machine.
* Strong technical understanding of plastic injection molding equipment and processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Can work with minimum supervision.
