Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Fujimold Philippines Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing basic healthcare services and administering medication and treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic healthcare services to employees
  • Administer prescribed medication and treatment as needed
  • Assist the Occupation Health Physician during clinic hours
  • Organize and coordinate Annual Physical Examination (APE) for employees
  • Conduct health counseling and awareness programs for employees
  • Daily monitoring of employee attendance
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding process for new employees

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in electronic medical records software

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
