As a skilled Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for a growing CRM and automation platform.

The ideal candidate will have a developer's mindset and be able to troubleshoot workflow bugs, integration issues, form logic problems, and edge-case scenarios with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for Go High Level issues
  • Investigate user-reported problems and pinpoint root causes
  • Configure, test, and refine automations, triggers, forms, and custom workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate bugs and recommend solutions
  • Maintain internal documentation and contribute to a knowledge base
  • Suggest platform performance and user experience improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Go High Level in a support or technical configuration role
  • Developer's mindset with debugging and reverse-engineering skills
  • Basic programming skills for advanced troubleshooting
  • Minimum 2 years in a technical support/helpdesk role
  • Comfortable working with APIs and integrations
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills

This is a remote role that requires collaboration during core business hours. You will be expected to attend daily stand-up meetings and maintain transparency around your work arrangement.
