Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments on behalf of customers, maintaining accurate financial records, and communicating with clients regarding payment deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payments from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain organized financial records to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment deadlines, missed payments, and upcoming invoices.
  • Receive, sort, and track incoming payments, and issue receipts for payments received.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
