About the Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by coordinating between teams, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining up-to-date project data. Your close collaboration with the Permitting team and Project Managers will be crucial in ensuring project efficiency and compliance.
Execute daily administrative duties, encompassing data entry and report management.
Interact with field crews to provide necessary support.
Maintain internal systems to accurately reflect project data.
Closely work with the Permit team to process and manage permits efficiently.
Produce and analyze reports to facilitate project tracking and decision-making.
E nsure proper documentation and adherence to company standards.
Your Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer software with the ability to learn in-house systems quickly.
Effective communication skills for interacting with multiple teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
A collaborative attitude and friendly demeanor, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
