Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality results.
Application Development and Maintenance:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain complex technical solutions using major ERP systems and Oracle Cloud.
  • Assess and optimize technical landscapes to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Work closely with vendors to review proposed configuration changes and ensure they meet business requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Technical Skills:
  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with relevant domain application development in major ERP systems, at least 3 of which with Oracle Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully designing/delivering complex technical changes and/or solutions in a global company with a complex business environment.
  • Familiarity with BIP / VBCS / OTBI / SQL preferred. Oracle Integration Cloud / Oracle Cloud Infrastructure / REST APIs / Middleware / Security / Performance / Apex is a plus.
Education and Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud, ERP system) are a plus.
