Responsibilities:

  • Prepare deliverables in connection with assigned projects.
  • Create detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop Business Requirements Documents (when applicable).
  • Assist the Product Owner in developing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify and refine the product backlog.
  • Define requirements and functional specifications from client stakeholders.
  • Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved, and groomed on time.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness, and Pre-implementation Support.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Experience in Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work full-time in BGC, Taguig.
