Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage employee benefits and transactions with group life insurance providers
  2. Maintain and coordinate all employee-related transactions, including HMO provider management
  3. Facilitate annual check-ups and executive check-ups for employees
  4. Handle online payments for government remittances
  5. Assist with government mandatory claims (SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth)
  6. Update employees' records in government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig)
Requirements
  1. At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR operations
  2. Excellent communication skills in English
  3. Self-motivated and capable of achieving results with minimal supervision
  4. Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
