We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex cases when necessary. You'll also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, provide product information and collaborate with colleagues to improve support processes.
To succeed in this position, you'll need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a must.
