Job Description:

E&L Faster Food Imports, Inc. is a fast-growing food company serving various markets with quality and affordable products.

The role of the Quality Assurance Associate involves ensuring all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements by conducting inspections, documenting findings, and reporting quality concerns.

This position requires supporting compliance with industry regulations through coordination with teams, proper handling and storage of products, and assisting in implementing quality assurance procedures.

Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections of incoming shipments to ensure compliance with company and regulatory quality standards.
  • Perform quality checks on outbound shipments to ensure only approved products are dispatched.
  • Coordinate with teams for compliance, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and document quality deviations.
  • Identify and report quality issues, supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Enforce quality assurance procedures in warehouse operations.
  • Work with warehouse and inventory teams to uphold food safety protocols.
  • Dispose of condemned products properly, adhering to regulatory guidelines and protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in food technology or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
