Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure clear communication of financial goals and expectations across the organization.

Strategic Financial Planning

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assess financial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Participate in business planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred). Extensive experience in accounting leadership roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
