Marketing Campaign Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Your expertise in developing platform-specific strategies, creating engaging content, and managing paid social advertising will drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze campaign performance using native platform insights and reporting tools;
  • Develop compelling content and create schedules to maximize reach and engagement;
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns and engage with online communities to foster brand loyalty;
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders;
  • Achieve campaign goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of experience in social media marketing roles, with a focus on ANZ audiences;
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills for campaign copywriting and stakeholder presentations;
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop suitable for the role.
