Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned software quality assurance specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and stability of our software products.

You will work closely with our QA team to analyze requirements, design test scenarios, and execute comprehensive tests.

  • Analyze provided requirements and specifications
  • Develop and implement test plans and strategies
  • Plan, estimate, and prioritize testing activities
  • Create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data
  • Document defects accurately and correctly
  • Track reported defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps for managing test plans, executing tests, and generating test reports
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, test planning, test case detailing, and defect tracking
  • Strong experience in defect reporting, tracking, and management
  • Ability to learn custom development frameworks and new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Additional Requirements:
  • Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum of 25 Mbps)
  • Work within a dedicated schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Manila Time)
  • Be available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during weekday working hours
  • Have access to a quiet, professional workspace suitable for video meetings and calls
  • Be available to start immediately
