The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting, and a strong background in direct response marketing specifically in E-commerce, lead gen and B2B. They will also have experience working with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns and be proficient in Google Analytics and Shopify.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, and the ability to navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in the landscape. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and stakeholders with clear next steps.
