Key Finance Professional

We seek a highly skilled and organized finance professional to bridge financial operations with business collaboration.

This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining payment records, and supporting financial reconciliation activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with designated business units to provide financial insights, assist in aligning financial targets with operational goals, and help reinforce internal financial controls.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all invoices are approved in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconcile payments made by executives against company records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.
Administrative Functions:
  • Assist in maintaining financial and administrative records.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Business Unit Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units.
  • Provide financial insights and support to business unit managers to aid in decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets.

This position offers a strong foundation in finance while contributing to strategic decision-making across the organization.
