Job Description:

This role is a strategic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Accountant to join our team in Makati. As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting, with experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis. They should also possess proficiency in Tax Compliance and Regulatory Compliance, as well as skilled Auditing and collaboration with auditors.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proven leadership abilities to guide a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting
  • Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
  • Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Regulatory Compliance
  • Skilled in Auditing and collaborating with auditors
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred
  • Experience in the mining industry a plus
