About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This is a full-time remote opportunity where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI tools.

Your primary focus will be on designing reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI tools
  • Design reports and dashboards that meet business needs
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business needs
Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence development
  • Experience working with APIs and a comprehensive understanding of data modeling, administration, and visualization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and knowledge of data warehousing, data gateway, and data preparation projects
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS components of the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack
  • Familiarity with SQL Server BI Stack technologies, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, and DAX
  • Expertise in executing DAX queries on the Power BI desktop
  • Detailed knowledge of database management systems, OLAP, and ETL frameworks
  • Awareness of BI technologies, including Microsoft Power BI and Oracle BI
  • Exceptional analytical thinking skills for converting data into illuminating reports
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining requirements between internal and client teams
