Job Title: Financial Professional

The role of a financial professional is pivotal within any organization, responsible for managing and optimizing financial operations. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations across different geographies and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate budgets and financial forecasts; provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Financial Reports and Analysis: Create, automate, and improve comprehensive financial reports across functions to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Recommendations: Deliver scheduled comprehensive updates and strategic recommendations based on financial records and analytical reports to ensure organizational financial hygiene, maximize profitability, and meet business objectives.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Transaction Processing: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of financial tasks.
