At SMDC, we are committed to providing excellent services to our clients and stakeholders. As a Turnover Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with our Deemed Acceptance Policy across all projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage turnover data across various systems, including SAP, QTOP, DIS, and CRM/D365.
  • Oversee the timely release of notice of deemed acceptance and turnover reminder emails to buyers.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Escalating QTO (Qualified for Turnover) and turnover-related data with other departments to ensure compliance with policy and system.
  • Preparing and maintaining QTO and acceptance reports.
  • Facilitating necessary workflow enhancements in CRM/D365 to optimize turnover tickets efficiency.

You will work closely with our construction team to ensure seamless project execution and provide training to newly hired personnel under DMUI. If you have a strong background in business administration or management, and at least 3 years of experience in real estate turnover management, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel, and knowledge of SAP. Data analytics and understanding operational workflows are also highly desirable.
