Job Description

As a highly skilled Assistant TL, you will play a critical role in providing advanced level support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing timely and effective support to clients, ensuring maximum availability and performance of knowledge and information systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide recommendations for knowledge management.
  • Supporting the team lead in identifying and developing training needs and contents, as well as reviewing and escalating issues to meet SLA targets.
  • Coordinating process definition and documentation, ensuring compliance with guidelines, policies, and norms.
  • Providing support to the team lead in engagement activities, such as training, logistics, and acting as a single point of contact.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Assistant TL or Interim/SME for Financial Account.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience in Fraud, Collection, and Care.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
