Job Overview

As a Territory Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved in a timely, safe, and cost-efficient manner. Your role will involve coordinating daily field activities with the field service provider, working with growers and local government leaders to facilitate hybrid seed corn production, and planning and securing field area requirements based on the volume plan.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring accurate implementation of sound agronomy management practices, implementing Corteva quality standards, and managing field production processes safely, effectively, and efficiently.

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in crop production, field operations, or agribusiness.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with seed production processes and quality standards.
  • Ability to work with growers, government officials, and internal teams.
