Financial Director Role

The ideal candidate must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification and have a proven track record in overseeing financial operations and reporting. Experience in managing SAP implementation and configuration is also highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage the company's budget according to business objectives and directions.
  • Ensure that the company's financial statements comply with accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to make sound recommendations to senior management for improving the company's financial performance.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth finance and accounting operations.
  • Supervise the accounting team and ensure effective performance and development.
  • Work closely with external partners to effectively manage SAP implementation, configuration, data management, reporting, training, and support.


Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work in a dynamic finance team.
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in finance & accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervising or managerial capacity.
  • Experience with any of the Big 4 Accounting/Audit Firms is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis tools, keen attention to detail, and experience with ERPs, preferably SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Effective team leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.


Work Setup:

  • Hybrid (flexible work arrangement).
  • Must be available for meetings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.


Work Schedule:

  • Mon to Friday, with flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.


Work Location:

Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue Cebu City

Salary Offer:

PHP 100,000 - 150,000 per month
