Tax Management Specialist Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the entire tax management process and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. It involves driving the preparation and submission of statutory reports and tax filings to relevant government and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax compliances, controls, and risk management processes.
  • Develop, enhance, and implement tax reporting-related policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with local and national tax requirements.
  • Define and drive the tax plan, reporting, and compliance agenda; implement Tax Reporting and Compliance Policies and Procedures.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to provide insights related to tax for decision-making purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • College graduate with a business degree in finance, business management, or management accounting.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory.
  • At least 7 years of experience in taxation and compliance, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Expertise in corporate taxation, from planning to compliance and reporting, and knowledge of relevant regulations.

Job Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least seven years of experience in taxation and compliance, including three years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of corporate taxation, including planning, compliance, and reporting.
  • Experience working in the food and beverage industry is an asset.
