Job Description
The Bonito Retail Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations. This includes overseeing daily and weekly deliverables, working with the store manager to lead store sales performance and customer service excellence, and delegating work to the team. The successful candidate will also coach staff members in providing the best guest experience, implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage, and train new staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role, or equivalent. A completion of college education and a good working knowledge of MS Office will be a plus. You will also need to be able to work various shifts and be available to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include:
  • Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations.
  • Overseeing daily and weekly deliverables such as the store checklist and inventory checklists.
  • Working with the store manager to lead store sales performance and customer service excellence.
  • Delegating work to the team and encouraging them to provide excellent customer service.
  • Coaching staff members in providing the best guest experience.
  • Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
  • Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role, or equivalent.
  • A completion of college education and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • The ability to work various shifts and be available to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
