Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to verify property boundaries, land use, and title documentation.
  • Analyze data to assess the technical feasibility of proposed projects under our housing programs.
  • Prepare appraisal reports and validate accomplishment documents submitted by stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or bottlenecks in the evaluation process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in property evaluation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
