The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting benefits specialist in the administration of benefits, processing payroll entries, and maintaining payroll software and systems. Additionally, they will address and resolve employee payroll issues, prepare reports, and perform other CompBen-related tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a solid academic background in HR, with a focus on benefits administration, and at least 1-year experience as an HR Specialist or related responsibilities. Familiarity with Local Labor Laws and knowledge of MS Office are also required.

The Employee Benefits Coordinator will promote a positive and productive work environment by ensuring accurate and timely administration of benefits, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and providing excellent customer service.
