About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, including high-rise office buildings, high-end residential buildings, commercial buildings, hospitals, museums, and other similar structures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparation of comprehensive and detailed Shop Drawings
  • Preparation of Fabrication and Assembly Drawings
  • Complete Material Take-off list with complete Specifications and Finishes
  • Aluminum and Glass Cutting List
  • Attend Design and Coordination Meetings with Clients wherever required
  • Maintain and organize a filing system of all project assignments in an orderly manner in the company's server.
  • Coordinate with project management and other related departments such as QS, procurement, and production as needed due to complexities of details or material specifications, fabrication and/or machining, or assembly. Organize a coordination meeting if necessary.
Requirements
  • Licensed architect is required
  • Must be knowledgeable in glass & aluminum works.
  • 3-5 years of façade experience is preferred
  • Experience in a construction or consultancy company work environment.
  • Well-versed in using AutoCAD/ZWCAD software for 2D/3D drawings with software training certification.
  • Able to understand and follow workflow instructions.
  • Must work well with others and be willing to work with a team.
  • Can work well under pressure.
  • Committed to long-term goals with the company.
