We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our Sales Team in achieving their targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and leading the sales team to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Monitoring sales activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Training new sales staff and providing ongoing development for existing team members
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager to create sales forecasts, budgets, and goals
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members

You will need:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and lead a sales team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and dealership operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
