Job Summary:

Provide support in a 24x7 production environment, focusing on Ubuntu Linux servers. Perform daily maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Linux systems and services.

Triage and resolve issues, escalating as necessary. Investigate alerts and coordinate responses, documenting and communicating effectively with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year of production Linux system administration experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work various shift schedules
  • Proficient in Bash scripting, familiar with User Management, Configuration, and Package Management best practices
  • Experience managing Proxmox or similar Linux KVM hypervisors, configuring and debugging networking issues
  • Knowledge of technologies like APACHE, NGINX, HAPROXY, MYSQL, REDIS, MEMCACHE, SCYLLADB, ELASTICSEARCH, RABBITMQ, NAGIOS, PROMETHEUS, GRAFANA, PROXMOX, BASH, PERL, GO, PHP, CEPH, CFENGINE, GIT, DOCKER, JUNIPER
