Job Description

As a vital member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring the success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with company goals and customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and engineering to align product strategy with overall business objectives
  • Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that ensures alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement
  • Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress
  • Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on changing requirements
  • Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies
  • Coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the product and tracking product metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement

Technical Requirements
  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development
  • Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX
