Product Innovation Manager

A product innovation manager is responsible for leading the development of new products or features that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative solutions that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate cutting-edge technologies to enhance our product offerings.

  • Define use cases for technology in product features, such as personalized user experiences and automated support.

  • Collaborate with developers and data scientists to prototype and integrate these features into our ecosystem.

  • Design a roadmap for AI-integrated product innovations and prioritize features based on market needs and business goals.

  • Conduct deep competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for AI-based differentiation.

  • Define and document clear product requirements for technical teams, with a focus on AI functionality and end-user impact.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management.

  • Proven track record in working with payment solutions or similar applications.

  • Experience with AI tools and technologies is preferred.

  • Exposure to cryptocurrency is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the payments industry.

  • Proficient in AI methodologies like natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and computer vision.

  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple, actionable solutions for diverse stakeholders.
