We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in providing administrative and accounting support. This role will ensure smooth financial operations through various tasks.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Finance & Accounting Assistance: Provide day-to-day accounting and administrative support, assist with monthly management reports, and support the offshore team with supplier invoice processing and reconciliations.
  • Month-End & Year-End Support: Assist the offshore team in month-end and year-end close processes, prepare supporting reconciliations and documentation, and assist in producing management accounts for senior leadership.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare clear, concise, and meaningful financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the finance inbox, respond to queries in a timely manner, handle supplier setup and process local invoice payments, process sales reimbursements and company expense claims, maintain vehicle compliance requirements, and update daily cashbooks to ensure accurate cash flow records.

This position requires 5+ years of solid accounting experience, including multi-entity accounting. The ideal candidate should have proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and across multiple entities, comfortable operating in a global environment with different currencies and time zones, and exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
