  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our global finance team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and AR reporting.

  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or tech company. They should have advanced experience in Netsuite and MS Excel, as well as knowledge of revenue recognition and billing best practices.

  • Responsibilities include preparing and distributing accurate customer invoices based on sales orders, generating and issuing credit notes, recording and reconciling incoming customer payments, reviewing customer agreements, and supporting revenue recognition reviews.

  • Additionally, the successful candidate will regularly analyze AR aging reports to proactively address collection risks, collaborate with Account Management teams to resolve client billing or payment issues, and prepare reports related to AR, collections, and invoicing.
