Accounting Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting analyst to join our organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in reconciling daily credit card and deposit activity, supporting the controller with other accounting/finance-related tasks, and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile credit card and deposit transactions daily, including purchases, accrued interest, fees, payments, and money movements.
  • Provide financial audit support to the controller.
  • Assist the controller with month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, vendor payments, and tax filings.
  • Document and create standard operating procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years (and above) of finance experience.
  • Prior experience with reconciling credit card and deposit transactions.
  • Prior experience with month-end close processes.
  • Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English.
  • Experience using communication tools such as task management tools and email.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work US Pacific time hours.
