Job Overview

  • Extract and process raw operational data from multiple systems for timely and accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., turnaround time, error rates, volume trends) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries that meet business requirements.
  • Ensure reporting outputs align with service level agreements, client expectations, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop effective data visualizations (charts, dashboards, graphs) to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in data collection, reporting automation, and visualization tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of recurring reports and standardize reporting templates across departments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that optimize reporting speed, quality, and usability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, ideally within healthcare operations or business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Proven track record of working with raw, unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights and drive business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare payers, providers, or working in a healthcare BPO setting.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), or return on investment (ROI) tracking in a services context.
