Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst, Forecasting to play a critical role in our company's data-driven decision-making process. This position involves developing business intelligence solutions, analyzing data, and delivering insights to support key business functions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design data models and develop reports and dashboards for all areas of the business.
  • Report on performance across key KPIs and regularly share business performance; measure performance against our business strategy.
  • Maintain consistent business logic and KPIs across reporting.
  • Develop product forecasts using Excel, SQL, R, and/or Tableau.
  • Identify potential areas of opportunity and investigate them proactively.
  • Work collaboratively with other Analytics members on data and business strategy projects.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3+ years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing is required; forecasting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Ecommerce/CPG/Retail or other consumer product industries is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI is required.
  • Excellent collaboration skills are necessary to work cross-functionally across the organization.
Physical Demands
  • This role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving for brief periods.
