Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.

This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in warehouse and logistics management.
  • Proficient in SAP and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
